💷 Pricing:
£40 for one rider, one horse, one class
Discounts available for additional horses or classes - just drop us a message for a quote
Mixed reels combining multiple horses can also be quoted on request
📝 Help Us Spot You!
Please fill in the booking form with as much detail as possible - especially for XC riders, where bib numbers, base layer colours, hat silks, and horse descriptions all help us identify you on course.
📍 Important Info:
Reels must be booked at least 7 days in advance unless we’ve confirmed we’re already attending the event.
If we are attending, bookings will close at 5pm the evening before the show.
Reels are only available at events/venues that allow external commercial media. If you’re unsure, please check with us before booking.
You’ll receive your footage via WeTransfer within 48 hours of the show ending.
❗ Cancellations & Conditions:
Submitting the booking form is an enquiry only and does not guarantee a confirmed booking. We are not always able to attend every event, and all bookings are subject to our availability and the venue’s permission for external media. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible to confirm whether we can cover your event, and we’ll only secure your booking once payment has been received.
Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before your scheduled class.
We understand that horses go lame, and plans sometimes shift last minute.. Please email hello@thesocialstirrup.co.uk for any changes or cancellations.
If you’re eliminated early, we’ll still do our best to capture warm-up footage, but please note that the amount of in-ring or on-course footage may be limited. Refunds (full or partial) will be issued only at our discretion.
We’ll make every effort to spot you in the warm-up or on course, but it is your responsibility to make yourself known to us before your class. We can’t guarantee footage if we don’t know who or where you are - so please come and say hello. We’ll be in branded kit and easy to find!
By booking a reel with The Social Stirrup, you agree that we may use selected clips from your footage on our social media channels, website, or promotional materials. If you’d prefer us not to share your footage publicly, just let us know when booking - we’re happy to respect that.
